Our help desk is based at our Head Office in London. All departments within the business have regular face-to-face communication with the help desk to ensure that any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.
Our Account Management team produce regular management information reports for clients. These reports include a comprehensive asset register and visibility of key performance indicators such as preventative maintenance schedules and emergency call response times.
We are proud of our CSR and environmental credentials. Electrical waste is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner in line with the WEEE guidelines set out by the EU and we also have a process in place to help our clients dispose of consumables such as waste toner and cartridges.
